EOM Chief Men’s Director (CMD): Is EOM’s main organization’s director and coordinator that develop programs that will strengthen men’s biblical values overall. CMD has the responsibility for directing and coordinating with men leaders within EOM assisting them in developing and implementing various programs for empowering men.

The purpose of the Christian Men’s Connection is to help fulfill the Mission of the Evangelistic Outreach Ministries Men's Ministry to Go, Gather, Grow and Give. We will do this by encouraging, equipping, supporting, holding accountable and helping Men to understand the infinite riches and freedom we have in Jesus Christ alone.
We desire to reach: *Men who need a relationship with Christ.*Men on the fringe. *Men who are hurting. *Men who are disciples or want to be *Men who are leaders, or want to be. There are some things a man can do to keep his life on track
The Goals are:
*A consistent quiet time. *An organized Bible study.
*An accountability group. *Active church involvement. *A personal ministry.
Responsibilities of Every Man:
Every man must be taught that he must take personal responsibility for his own private life in these areas: *His walk with God. *His relationship with his wife. *His relationship with his children. *His personal finances. *His health

The"The CMC R.E.A.L. M.E.N. Network are Kingdom Warriors for Christ, God's mighty men, who are sold out to living a Godly life and expanding Christ's reign in their homes, church fellowships and neighborhoods.
CMC R.E.A.L. Men are motivated by their love for and loyalty to the KING of all creation. They're committed to being transformed daily into the likeness of Christ in everything they think, say and do. CMC R.E.A.L. Men are not perfect, but rather they rest in the perfection that’s found only in obedience to their Commander, Savior and Lord Jesus Christ. The CMC R.E.A.L. Men "rope" together helping each other traverse the daily hazards of life as they ascend the mountain of Christ-centered manhood." |

The Godly man:
• repents when he sins • considers himself dead to sin but alive to God • seeks to remain humble rather than exalt himself • is a servant rather than demanding that he be served • leads by example (1 Timothy 4:12) • (if married) loves his wife as Christ loves the church ( • lives in sexual purity, honoring God with his body • seeks to be continually filled with the Holy Spirit. • desires to please the Lord more than himself • bears fruit for the kingdom of God |
A Godly man is one who has died to his flesh. This does not mean he no longer faces temptation. It means that, when he is tempted, the decision about whether to give in has already been made. He relies on the power of the Holy Spirit to help him say “no” to his flesh and “yes” to the Spirit. As he regularly opposes sin, he finds that his spirit grows stronger and temptation becomes easier to resist.
Prayer puts men in a right position with GOD and is where they fight against spiritual forces. It is a battle for the thoughts and heart of the believer. "For though we live in the body, we do not wage war in an unspiritual way, since the weapons of our warfare are not worldly, but are powerful through God for the demolition of strongholds. |
